Returns & Refund Policy
At Renegade Daisy, we strive to provide high-quality handbags and leather goods along with exceptional customer service. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and defective products in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (South Africa).
1. 15-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and not show signs of wear.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags, dust bags, accessories and protective wrapping where applicable.
- Be free from stains, odours, scratches, alterations or damage.
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Returns requested after 15 days will generally not be accepted unless required by South African law.
2. Change of Mind
If you change your mind after purchasing a product, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, dust bags and accessories are included.
- The item is returned in a resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, Renegade Daisy will refund the purchase price of the product to the original payment method. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
- An item with a manufacturing fault
Please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing:
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Where the product is confirmed to be defective under the Consumer Protection Act, Renegade Daisy will provide the remedy required by the Act, including repair, replacement or refund, as applicable.
4. Inspection of Returns
All returned products are inspected upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item:
- Has been used or worn.
- Has been damaged after delivery.
- Has been altered in any way.
- Is missing original tags, accessories or packaging.
- Is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale.
If a return does not meet these requirements, it may be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Estimated processing times:
- Card Payments: 5–10 business days
- EFT Payments: 3–7 business days
- Other payment methods: According to the payment provider's processing times.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied item:
Customers are responsible for:
- Return courier costs.
- Secure packaging of the product.
- Any insurance they choose to purchase for the shipment.
Renegade Daisy is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us. We strongly recommend using a courier service that provides tracking.
7. Consumer Protection Act Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, including your rights relating to defective goods, cooling-off rights where applicable, or any other mandatory consumer protections.
Where this policy conflicts with the Consumer Protection Act, the Act will prevail.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
If an order has already been shipped, it will be treated in accordance with this Returns & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
Refunds for cancelled orders may exclude non-recoverable payment processing fees where legally permitted.

Please do not send products back without first receiving return instructions from Renegade Daisy. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

- Request proof of purchase.
- Decline fraudulent or abusive return requests.
- Limit excessive or repeated returns where permitted by law.

Shipping Policy
At Renegade Daisy, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your parcel is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is estimated to take 8–11 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped via Aramex Store to Door.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) to monitor your delivery.
4. Delivery Delays
While Renegade Daisy aims to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier operational delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Industrial action or strikes
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer
- Other unforeseen events
Renegade Daisy is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving any delivery issues with the courier.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
5. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Renegade Daisy will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to Renegade Daisy because:
- the delivery address was incorrect,
- delivery could not be completed after reasonable attempts, or
- the parcel was unclaimed,
the customer may be required to pay the cost of re-shipping the order.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please notify us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with Aramex Store to Door to investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with South African consumer law.
8. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.
Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.
